All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our No. 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days without processing 2 to 5 days)
you receive the wrong item
you don’t want the product you received (but you must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue refunds if:
your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (such as providing the wrong shipping address)
your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. not cleared through customs, delayed by natural disaster)
your order is part of our Print-On-Demand products.
